    Date of birth: 30 January 1965, Warsaw

    1994 – Master’s Degree, International Relations, University of Warsaw

    1996 – Post-graduate studies in the field of Foreign Trade, Warsaw School of Economics

    1995 – Commencement of civil service career - Phare Programme Team 022 – programme directed to NGOs responsible for implementing social assistance programmes.

    1996 – Upon completion of the aforementioned programme, Mr. D.  Adler joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and has been a member of the Foreign Service ever since. His first appointment was a post at the Department of Security Policy, where he dealt with NATO cooperation.

    1996 – Transfer to the Secretariat of the Minister with responsibilities associated with providing substantive assistance to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

    1999 – Appointment as Vice-Consul at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago. From this moment on, Mr. Adler has been dealing with consular affairs and the Polish Diaspora.

    2004- Ministry of Foreign Affairs, post at the Department of Consular Affairs and the Polish Diaspora.

    2006 - Appointment as Consul at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Poland in London with consular assistance responsibilities

    2009 – Head of the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London

    2010 – Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Head of Passport and Visa Section
